  1. 1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Mama U's Coffee, including our website and the purchase of coffee beans, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our services.


2. About Mama U's Coffee

Mama U's Coffee is a coffee bean supply company that works with small-scale farmers and suppliers. A percentage of our profits are donated to Mum For Everyone, a charitable organization dedicated to educate and assist in the self development of endangered children, unfortunate and those living at a disadvantage. Your purchase not only supports high-quality coffee but also contributes to a meaningful cause.


3. Product Information

  • Product Availability: All coffee beans offered are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any products without prior notice.
  • Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, including quality, origin, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, or prices are free of errors.
     

4. Orders & Payments

  • Order Process: To place an order, you must provide accurate information, including shipping and billing details. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Pricing: Prices for our products are listed on our website and may change without notice. All prices are displayed in AUD (Australian Dollar), and shipping costs will be added at checkout.
  • Payment Methods: We accept [list acceptable payment methods like credit cards, PayPal, etc.]. Payment must be made at the time of order.
  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted.
     

5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Refunds & Returns

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are allowed for unopened products within 5 days of receiving the order. Refund requests will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • No Returns on Sale Items: Sale and clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order with a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and no restocking fee will apply in such cases.
  • Refund requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the coffee must be unopened and in original packaging. We cannot process refunds for opened or used products for health and safety reasons.
  • How to Request a Refund: Contact our Customer Service team via email at info@mamauscoffee.com with your order number and the reason for the refund request. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label (if applicable). Once the product is returned and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees incurred during the initial order, as well as any return shipping fees, will not be refunded. If you are requesting a refund, the cost of shipping (both the initial shipping and any return shipping) will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your coffee arrives damaged, or if you've received the wrong product, please reach out to us immediately with a photo of the damaged item or the incorrect order. We’ll take care of the return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).
  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for opened or used products. However, if you’ve received a damaged or incorrect product, we will be happy to send you a replacement at no extra cost.
     

7. Charity Contributions

  • Charitable Donations: A portion of every purchase goes toward supporting Mum For Everyone, a charitable organization dedicated to helping mothers and children in need. These contributions are made in partnership with the charity.
  • Transparency: We strive for transparency in our charitable donations. A detailed report of donations made by Mama U's Coffee can be accessed upon request.

  • Copyright & Trademarks: All content on our website, including logos, images, product descriptions, and trademarks, are the property of Mama U's Coffee and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without prior written permission from us.
